📦 Shipping

  • Delivered within 4-7 business days of dispatch based on location.

🔁 Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.
  • Custom and clearance items are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Size or style exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • One free exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges attract a ₹100 pickup fee.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll resolve at no cost to you.
