India Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
• Custom and clearance items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Size or style exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery, by email to welcome@ourerde.com with photos. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.

International

• All international sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
• For any order discrepancy or damage, raise your concern within 48 hours of receiving the order, by email to welcome@ourerde.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
