How It Works
Three easy steps to return or exchange an eligible India order.

Email Us
Write to welcome@ourerde.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason.

We Arrange Pickup
Keep the item unused, unwashed and with original tags. We will schedule a pickup for you.

Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days, or your exchange is sent out.
India Orders
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days of inspection.
- Size or style exchanges accepted within 14 days.
- Custom and clearance items are non-returnable.
International Orders
Final Sale
- All international sales are final — no returns or exchanges.
- Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
- For any order discrepancy or damage, raise your concern within 48 hours of receiving the order, by email to welcome@ourerde.com with photos — and we will make it right.
